Anger; My Inspiration

Whenever I’m angry, I used to talk it all out. I’ll find someone who will listen and offer some words of consolation. Not anymore. I find that the best remedy for anger and frustration is to channel all negativity into my work.

What I ate today {Day 3}:

Breakfast; 1 boiled egg, 1 slice toasted wholemeal bread

Lunch; 5 pcs Ritz crackers, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 1 small apple

Dinner; 4oz broccoli, 4oz carrots, 4oz tuna (in spring water) + 1/2 a small papaya

** DISCLAIMER: THIS DIET IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR MORE THAN 3 DAYS IN A ROW **

What I ate today {Day 3}:

Forgotten to post this up yesterday. Anyway, here it is now.

Day #2 Menu:

Breakfast; 1 slice toasted wholemeal bread, 1 egg, 1 small banana

Lunch; 5 pcs Ritz crackers, 4oz tuna in spring water

Dinner; 2oz carrots, 4oz broccoli, 2 chicken sausages

** everything can be steamed/boiled and seasoned with ONLY salt and pepper **

Day #2 Menu:

Breakfast; 1 slice toasted wholemeal bread, 1 egg, 1 small banana

Today’s Menu:

Breakfast; 1 slice toasted wholemeal bread, 1/2 slice cheddar cheese, 1 orange

Lunch; 1 slice toasted wholemeal bread, 4oz tuna (in spring water)

Dinner; 2 chicken sausages, 4oz carrots, 4oz french beans ( I didn’t have enough beans so i added a stick of celery in there ) + 4oz vanilla ice cream

Today’s Menu:

Breakfast; 1 slice toasted wholemeal bread, 1/2 slice cheddar cheese, 1 orange

Lunch; 1 slice toasted wholemeal bread, 4oz tuna (in spring water)

Dinner; 2 chicken sausages, 4oz carrots, 4oz french beans ( I didn’t have enough beans so i added a stick of celery in there ) + 4oz vanilla ice cream

So I got this diet plan from a colleague who tried it last week and I decided to give it a try. Today is Day One. Wish me luck! ^_*~
